📦 Shipping Information

Products will be delivered free of charge nationwide .

We mainly use Japan Post for delivery.

If any duties or customs fees are incurred, they will be borne by the customer.
( Since shipments are mainly made via international e-packet, customs duties are rarely incurred .)

The product will be delivered folded, so there may be some creases .

When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the delivery time.

If the shipment is not confirmed within 45 days , the order can be cancelled.

📦 About redelivery and storage

  • If the item is returned due to an incorrect address or extended absence, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-delivery .
  • The storage period will be 20 days from the date of return .
  • If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled (a 40% handling fee will be charged).

🔁 About returns and exchanges

We only accept returns for defective/mis-sent products .

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If you would like to exchange the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product .

Returns due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.

  • *Packing fee per item: 10% of the product price (or 500 yen)
  • *Return shipping fees, transfer fees, and settlement fees will be charged.

🧵 About the condition of the product

Because this is an overseas product, there may be imperfections in the stitching and individual differences (such as pattern misalignment).

We do not accept returns due to size errors (±2-3cm) or color differences due to screen display.
